What makes you happy?

I am training myself to become more happy in life, and am looking for different points of view.

Hanging out with my bestfriend, meeting someone I really wanted, makes my parent smile, helping people, etc. There are too many to list, maybe try getting a hobby?

Depends by your lifestyle, for example you can practice your favourite sport

Smoke some weed. No dont do that nvm. But i find working out as a good confidence booster and it also makes you alot happier after only a little while.

Idk. No specific thing makes me happy.
Disney World made me smile too much tho which I feel is unhealthy for me xD

According to science endorphins, dopamine, serotonin and oxytocin are what make me happy.

Oh well, nostalgi is also a key booster for me :b Especially Disney.
But ehm, I spend most of my time with my girlfriend, and that's what makes me happy. When I come home from work she is there :p, love for love, better than like4like.

Ah yeah, nostalgia is probably something that usually makes me happy.

My pets. Whenever i feel tired , just seeing them and following me around makes me happy. x)
I mean, who can't resist those adorable faces. <3
