One things that made me happy, my journey to making more and more money

Talking to new people, especially on forums like these.
Playing games and meeting new chill people, don't play games like Garry's mod & Minecraft if you're looking for some actually chill dudes or girls. It is always enjoyable to hang out with them by watching videos or playing together.

It means what it says.
You can train yourself to see life more optimistically. Ignore the things that bring you stress and see things from other perspectives.
Hard to explain. However it reminds me a lot of what you read in monk/zen stories.
