So I know CPU takes alot of energy and GPU is overall better but I was thinking of building a rig with a bunch of watercooled CPU's and if I can get them to run more effeciently maybe it would be better than a GPU?
Just thoughts guys, it sounds dumb but do you think it would work?

Instead of spending 200$+ on some hardware, I'd advise you to actually buy a part of a BTC or some other currency and start trading that. Obviously learn the subject before you do anything stupid, like losing your money. I'm sure you'd hate that eheh.
