What motivates you to work hard?

nothing absolutely nothing.

working with people gives you a a nice feeling if you do your job well..

the outcome of the hard work

telling myself that you 10 years from now will appreciate the work you put in today

lets be honest, most of the time it's just the money i get afterwards

Determination, deterioration LOL

I like to have the mindset that I'm making things easier for my future self. So far it works haha
