What programming language to start with?

I'd suggest C++ or C# since they are fairly simple and powerful languages. Python seems kinda weird to me. But after you understands the basic concepts it's not hard to learn other languages.

You can also considder C as it is the foundation for a LOT of other languages and will be usefull in almost anything you can think of.

Server side scripting language always be helpful in near future

I recommend HTML,CSS,JS and then move yourself up to PHP and SQL.

Depends on your usecase tbh. C# is what I generally use cause I dislike programming and it's quick and powerful. Python is ok for scripts on your own system

as you said python is goor for beginners , then you should learn c+ cuz its used the most those days
