What programming language to start with?

100% go with LUA, youll regret it like no other and end up hating roblox

I started with the C# On unity 3D for creating my games .

Like everyone else said, Python is great and stay away from Java, but I personally really enjoy JavaScript especially with Node, its great for making websites.

Start with python, it should teach you the basics of programming

definitely python, you can pick up on it fairly quickly and it paves the way for other languages

Learn how to make algorithms with simple flowcharts and then use whatever goddamn language you wanna use, it's as if you were deciding what language to use to tell someone you love them, you could say either i love you or te quiero or je t'aime or ti amo or ich liebe dich it doesn't really matter but some languages may sound easier to you just like some others may sound easier to other people because it's subjective.

The best way to start is with simple, and then more complex bash scripts. They come in so handy, and can be hella powerful. You can automate just about anything with Bash, and Cron, and there is nothing more leet, than crazy one line bash scripts.

Python is one of the best starting languages atm just because it is in high demand and job offers are common for some reason.
