If we are talking about the strongest champion, I would say it depends on the elo you're playing, but in general I would say sett.

Right now is The Boss Sett. But he'll soon be nerfed. XD

I enjoyed the old one more but I like the visuals of the new one. Especially that Baker Pantheon skin.
