That's my desktop at the moment. I'm tempted to double the RAM to 32GB and get some more hard drives.

The monitor is a 1440p 144Hz Dell display. It says 'Standard Monitor' because I'm connected to it using remote desktop right now.

It appears this is a thing people do.
