I'm a passenger, have taken 276 trips since June 2015 (~6.4 trips/mo.) and my rating is 4.79.

I received a 1 rating at least once while trying to help out a drunk friend in trouble... sent a car for him and apparently he thought they were going to help him move and he loaded her car up with tons of stuff, his dog, etc... she called me asking me to tell him to get his shit out of her car and that she wasn't going to drive him..she ended up having to call the cops lol

Maybe 100 trips since a year.
I think its 4.65 I don't know why, I also keep tiping the drivers and give them 5 starts. But oh well.

I've only ever taken two trips with Uber, both were almost exactly a year ago. I have a five star rating.

I'd hate to say this but I have never taken Uber or Lyft. Maybe it's good not to share, since I take the train, bus or carpool for the commute to work.

My rating is 4.3 and I have like over 250 trips, its how I get around everyday lmao

I've only ever taken 3 trips with Uber and i have 4.5
