However now that I know more about code and different programming languages, I have to go with Java.

React is a good forntend library that has an interesting paradigm around Components.
PHP : I don't like it, But I use it a lot, due to its widespread popularity during the years 2000-2010's.
Go : My favourite so far in terms of Language Design. Quiet solid on the backend,
