I'm fairly new to cooking, but enjoy it. I made a pretty good beef wellington recently, but i'd say my go to dish when I have to cook for people is Steak. Rub with some salt and pepper then reverse pan-sear it.

Whats yours?

Scrambed eggs. Easy to make. Gordon Ramsey has a decent video on youtube for how he makes his. On mine I add sliced onions, ham, and jalapenos.
