What show has completely lost the original plot?

The perfect example of that to me was riverdale. It was a kinda interesting murder mystery but that shit got completely lost, they fighting aliens and shit lmao.

Suits, literally. The premise was that Mike was a fake lawyer because he hadn't passed the bar, and eventually he got found out. The show really jumped the shark and got ridiculous - it was always campy, but it just got to be a bit much in the later seasons with people doing things that would get them arrested in 3 seconds, yet getting away with it.

I can name many of them but ... In my opinion fast and furious did ruined the story. Guns and muscles?
2024 will be like :
Fast and Furious VS GODZILLA.

ahah riverdale so true. it started really cool but at some point it went off it's course

To be honest, I easily forget them since they piss me off quite a bit when that happens.
A few that really let me down were; Arrow and Flash. At some point it seemed like they just wanted to just milk it and created odd and irrelevant content.

Agents of SHIELD went from like pretty normal in the Marvel Universe to some weird ass time warp alien capitalism future bullshit, weird af
