What to do when I have 4 noobs in my team?

Hello,I'm toplane main, I'mIRON 1 in rankeds, and often all my team don't know how to hold the keyboard,what can I do to carry games as a toplaner when my team ints so much? I usually play Nasus, Dariusand Urgot.

if you play jungle very well they can get wins but if they die 10 times in 5 minute you can carry lol

Realize that sometimes the number of noobs in the team is 5. If you only have noobs on your team, look at you - maybe you're acting like that, too?
