What would you do if they stole your dog?

On January 2, 2018, Ibina, Sao Paulo, Brazil, I have a farm there, that day my parents went out to the market and left the gate open as always, so without anyone to see, they stole our dog from the Pug race, with 8 years of life. We put up posters, posts on the Internet, and so far nothing
What would you do if you were in this situation?

Damn man, that genuinely sucks.
Nohing much you can other than filing a police report and putting up posters, which you already did.

Maybe try to advertise it in local newspapers.

Losing your dog must suck alot. Why would they tho? Is it a rare sort of pug breed?

That sucks, I hope for the best you hear back something.

I don't know what I'd do I guess as a precaution I'd get a tracker for the dog. But if they remove the collar it's ineffective. I don't have a dog but if I did...

Dogs here normally have a chip, so they could be find back. Any animal doctor can read the chip data out and now who is the owner.

Only thing you could really do is just set a high reward and maybe someone can actually find it else you're pretty much in shit luck. Only thing you can do is learn, adapt, and move on.

Cry, cry alot. After the first schock I would swear for revenge and begin to go to the gym to train. Then when I am a bad*ss machine, i would hunt the pug thiefs, when i find them i would mae them wear a leash and feed them dog food

if anyone stole my dog i would find them, scoop their eyes out with a spoon, make them eat their own fucking eyes, then slowly burn them with a red hot iron rod and push it in their side until it goes all the way through.
