What would you like to see in a DarkRP server?

I am currently building one. I started 2 days ago and I have been working on it 24/7.
Tell me your wishes for a perfect DarkRP server, and I shall grant it.

Also, I'm trying to avoid any heavy addons with base and materials packages, so the server
can run as smooth as butter on older PCs. I have a fibre connection and I wish to see ya'll
joining my server in the future.
