A books cover tells you nothing about how good it is. Looks matter to a point, but if someone only looks good and has a terrible personality you won't want to be around them at all.

Ehhh I like certain looks, but I need someone I can connect with, so personality is most important. Good thing I've been with the same person for 6 years now who has both.

I'd say personality. I mean looks are ok, but looks can fade but a personality will stay most of the time. If someone can make me laugh, care about me, and support me. I will cherish them forever.
