Well, the most broadly used CC is BitCoin, although LitceCoin is catching up and might soon get ahead of BTC.

Actually ETH is catching up faster than LTC is.

I guess that in that case, it may be worthwhile to mine ETH and then sell it at its peak.

ETH is pretty stable atm.

Mining it, yes, you can actually turn a profit mining it with a couple of miners in your house. Not much, but profit none the less.

ETH is probably what you want to invest in, it's really on the rise after recent announcements from Microsoft, etc that are planning to utilise it

Ethereum or PayPal, I don't really like Bitcoin as it's transactions take a long time to complete.
