Whats best ? Bard or Taric

i like play support characters but i can't answer this question ? whats best ?

I'd say Bard due to his passive which can become quite overpowered, not to mention his beloved healing ability (W) <3

I'd say Taric. Bard can be very good, but takes a lot of practice and imo is more feast or farmine. You can carry games with him, but you gotta be really active, roam, gank etc. Taric will always be useful.

I'm gonna say taric cause of his ult which makes u and your team immune to dmg

Of course Bard , without second thoughts it's badass first of all and i find him more powerful.

I would go with Taric. For me the stun is priceless plus hes fun to play

I would go with Taric. Hes much more fun to play, with his stun and shields and hes pretty durable

It depends on the team layout. If you have a lack of tank heros you should get taric. If the Ap heros is missing, you should get bard.

neither, there are way better supports than both of them

I'd say Bard, his abilities seem more complex and he seems quite good if you master him.
