Whats considered a rust "Zurg"

So on the server I mainly play on the community is starting to have an issue with "Zurgs" Some people are claiming a zurg can consist of 20 or more people but other are saying its 10 or more, what do you guys consider a zurg?

basically a 12 man Korean based team. They usually dominate the sever by creating the biggest maze of a base as possible and it's best to stay as far... far away from them as possible.

I like to call "Zerging" or "Zurging" whenever there is more than the allowed people in a group basing, for example if the server has max 3 in rust. and you have 4. I consider that a zerg.
