Whats dour aim routine to get better?

Hello, i am kinda hardstuck in gold/plat whats ur routine to get better

Usually I go to the firing range and stay there for about 30 minutes, then 2 hours of dm and after the aim becomes more consistent I go to the rankeds

2-3 Gridshot games in Aim Lab, followed by Death match trying to get headshots
