I've experience with OVH. Overall, if you know how to setup your server, you're good to go on it.

mcprohosting is good if you have the money. on a budget? I'd go for anvilnode

Get SoYouStart and then setup Pterodactyl On it. After that you have full control of the machine to do whatever you want with and cluster them under a single game panel.

HostHorde has unlimited hosting, by that I mean they give you a 4 GB minimum start, and as you need more and more players join, they give you more memory etc. They can oversell due to almost no one using up the amount, so if you run a serious server, the price is amazing (28 USD if I remember for unlimited?)
