Whats the best streaming/recording software?

I was wondering whats the best recording and streaming software meant for low CPU usage! Personally I used !Action game recorder. I really like it but im not advertising though, this is why im here. I want to know if their is any better less CPU usage Recorder and streamer!

OBS. I use it for all my streaming and whatnot, does rather well.

obs is best for streaming and recording plus its free

OBS, is the best streaming software, you can try the Streamlabs Version
And for recording is OBS or Action, as you want.

OBS for streaming and recording. Another programs are not good for games

obs streaming studio is very nice and free, comparing to xsplit

XSplit Broadcaster is my personal preference over OBS.

On my purpose, Bandicam or Action! is best for recording. Action! more. For streaming, OBS or StreamLabs OBS. Both works same way.

Slobs uses more CPU and crashes more frequently for me, so I stick to OBS Studio. I'd like to try XSplit but honestly OBS seems to do what I need it.

Used to use camtasia quite frequently but the new OBS is pretty much the best out there
