If you were to choose one plugin or mod to use on a server which would it be?

My favourite plugin I think it's towny or vehicles plus pro or crackshot. I think that the best combo is to have:
Crackshot plus
towny
dynmap
nuclearmc
vehiclesplus
...

I like Open Terrain Generator, he can create a wonderful world, better than default Minecraft generations
