Whats your opinion on Net Neutrality?

My opinion is that it's not fair. It's just the government trying to make it for the customers to pay more to unlock hidden features, while they own everything, that way they can also easily track what people are doing on the internet which would be a problem for anyone.

Any can explain me wath isNet Neutrality i saw so many thing about this on interent.
