i think you can use w3schhols example to start. Its good startpoint. So many basic examples in there

For a first start this is the place to go. You won't learn programming in total, but for a first sight its perfect.
It can't teach you logic thinking, but basic usage of code.

you dont need a book or sothing like that just user source code in any browser and start playing with it

just get visual studio code or sublime both are really great programs

i play a little bit with a starter templates with bootstrap will help you a lot something like

and start playing with that

HTML is terrible but if you want to learn it you just have to remember stuff imo. compared to other languages i hate html the most.
learning how to code is just practice and trial and error.

I also recommend examples from w3schools to start the adventure.
You will learn the syntax and rules. Then just practice
