Where did you learn Instagram tricks like claiming usernames?

Hey there, I srsly can't find any thread or something like that so I am gonna open one.

I am wondering how people manage to get 50k follower on a new instagram name like I know they won't pay everytime for a panel.
I think they do it itself but how did they create 50.000 accounts. How do they claim good rare usernames or learn to make a blue verify.
They sell it for 5-7k but where did they learn it? Does nobody talk about this topics? its really interesting for me
