devianart is good and also look for someone who is already good at programming that way you will be inspired just try... you'll see

Instagram's algorithm is pretty good at recommending things if you view/follow artists you like

Behance, dribbble, instagram.

Dribbble is always my first stop when it comes to logos and ui design.

i like dribble, behance, instagram (have a lot instagram about logo repost and visual identities of other designers) and save.it

twitter is great, when u find one good artist youll end up finding 10 more and its all incredible

definitely pinterest, for me is the best inspo site of all time, i not even joking. I use pinterest for literaly everything, from drawings, tattoos, architecture inspo etc.
