9anime is the best and probably gonna be taken down the first sadly.

I use either 9anime.to or twist.moe. Usually use twist because the quality is always picture perfect

for me gogoanime is the best free site. Sadly, there are no any free site where you able to turn on english dub and subtitles(I am not a native speaker, so sometimes it's get hard to recognize some words).

9anime for sure, when I cant watch on 9anime for some reason I try to see on kissanime (its kinda shitty now but it works as a backup).

nyaa.si for downloading the torrents. You can then get subtitles or the audio (either Jap or Dub) that you want and just watch with VLC.
