Where should I put my promotion directory?

#1 I am starting a forum promotion style and I am questioning where I should put the website dictionary. Should I have it on the home Tab or under Services tab which only viewable if users click on services? I am using the Mytab plugin if anyone was wondering. Thanks I appreciate the feedback!

Where do you recommend the promotion dictionary should be placed "Home/index" or "Services". However, the promoted websites will not be displayed in the home page, but promotion is one of my services. Does it really matter? - Signature removed by staff
