i know this thread is from last year but seeing as someone has just revived it, do you all still agree that its worth it to get into BTC still? Thanks, newbie here (this is my first post!)

It depends on how many money are you willing to invest. If you are going to invest a small amount 100$ for example you can try coins which are moving fast like DOGE,XPR (10%,15%) changes in couple of days. If you are going to invest a good amount of money 1000$+ go for ETH or Bitcoin Cash.

The network is simply better and more efficient. Once it becomes more mainstream it's over for BSC and ETH. The only competitor MIGHT be ETH2 but I seriously doubt it.
