If you're from Europe, you can purchase Ripple directy from Litebit. If not, I suggest buying BTC or ETH (preferable) and have that sent to an exchange like Binance.
As you've never used cryptocurrency before, I'll make a quick list for you of what to do.
1. Create an account on Binance (don't forget to enable 2FA). 2. Find a website where you can purchase Bitcoin or Ethereum. 3. Go to Binance and copy your BTC/ETH address. (can be found on the funds page) 4. Use that address from Binance to send your purchased cryptocurrency to.
After you've done that, exchange your BTC/ETH on Binance for Ripple. Just try to fiddle around with Binance and you'll likely figure it out easily.
you can buy ripple at most of the big exchanges like binance, bitfinex etc. i would recommend you to buy asap since there are rumours that there will be an announcemtn for xrp to be listed on coinbase.
