sololearn is good I used it to learn html and javascript.

Sololearn helps a lot. I recommend you start with learning the html basics then move on to like javascript etc. Unlike most websites to learn coding sololearn does't charge money unless you want little percs.

What about Codecademy offers interactive courses on HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.

YouTube is definitely the best place. I recommend you learn code tools, especially framer

You can choose course which you can understand on youtube and create a road map for the course you want to learn and study, practice and you will learn creating website easily
