Directly from the manufacturer. Especially for those ASUS ROG machines. Ive burned through at least 80 bucks looking for those CPU fans and never received the right part until I ordered from asus-accessories. Now, if you are looking to build...probably amazon or newegg.

i usually buy mine off ebay usually where i see the cheapest prices. but be aware of the scams on ebay.
you get the best protection off ebay if the item is not as described.

I've heard NewEgg is decent, although I've never tested that theory.
