I use ExpressVPN and speed is actually good for my country. About the logs, maybe i'm a bit paranoid, but i think every VPN service stores it.
Right now I use Nord-VPN, I dont know why I use it but my brother gave it to me long time ago so I just kept using it.

Depending on your use case something simple like tor or i2p is much more anonymous and doesn't cost money. If you need a VPN to watch Netflix or something from another country, then using tor is a bad idea. That is the only real use case for a VPN.
