Which comes first: The cereal or the milk?

Cereal ya dumb ass. The hell even started this non-sense debate?

Always milk goes first.
Im not a fast-eater, so if i would do other way, cereals would go this "bleeeh" mode when they are almost without taste.
And usually i add like couple of cereals, eat some, add some more, repeat.
