Which game has the best graphics?

I think skyrim can look amazing with the right mods.

crysis 3 beats moded GTA Iv tried everythiing to make it as real as piossible even getting it to resemble LA but it just doesnt look as crisp

Some good graphics that i seen are on The Crew 2, Red Dead Redemption 2, and probably Spiderman.
