Which gaming PC is better?

I'm after some opinions on which rig is better for gaming. I've norrowed it down to two and I have no idea which is better for the price since this isn't my domain.

Option one is the option I'm leaning more towards since it's watercooled:

CPU Cooler: Corsair 100i 240mm AIO Liquid Cooler

GPU: ASUS STRIX GTX 960 OC 4GB VRAM

The second one seems like a better option, graphics card, cpu, ram... But it really depends on what games youre trying to play now and IN THE FUTURE. 2

I would go with #2 as well. Simply better specs and watercooling is really not a big plus. In my humble opinion I would try to avoid that. I know it looks cool but it's really a big risk. I got 2 friends that I went to high school with who'd watercooling failed and resulted as a loss of both their computers.

Thank you all. I'm glad I went with the second option then and I'm pleased to say that it's incredibly fast and looks beautiful.

I think option 2 is better, I guess. It looks pretty good too.

watercooling is nice, but it's kinda of a bitch to maintain, normal fans work just fine.
