Which program is the best for photo processing?

Photoshop is definitely the best for photo processing, graphics, etc...

Lightroom or Snapseed are the best you can also use photoshop express

Photoshop is the best when it comes to that. Have you guys tried GIMP ? steep learning curve, but nothing beats free

I like Lightroom mobile, super intuitive and has most features that you need to get a good edit. If you need something more powerful I like Snapseed. Although the interface is a little more complicated and there's a lot of tools that might make it seem difficult to get started

If you have high standards for your photography - I would definitely recommend the MastinLabs Filmborn App. You can create beautiful film emulsions and also being able to edit similarly on Desktop and Mobile is a big advantage for Pros.

Personally prefer to use the Snapseed app (using on iPhone), have no issues with it.

Photoshop would be the top. Corel Photo is second on my list.
