as of lately, i have been using photoshop, illustrator, after effects, and blender

photoshop essentially has everything you'll ever need in terms of photo editing. i always find myself coming back to it every time

i think photoshop, version doesn't matter, any version will do

photoshop + lightroom sometimes to do some fun color correction

For a budget, Krita is decent. If you have the money for Adobe suite, I'd go for Illustrator and Photoshop.

As most others would prefer, PS and Illustrator. No contest.

I'm all about what ever Adobe has to offer, Photoshop and Illustrator have been my best friends

yeah just stick with photoshop and illustrator
its an easy gate for other programs made by adobe

photoshop is one of the most powerful tools I've used it's pretty much limitless once you get to know the software
