Whitelist File Hosting Providers?

Mega is the best host for sharing, there are many hosts that offer PPD programs but very little offer full speeds parallel downloads. I see Hugefiles, 180upload and uploaded has good programs, but Ads are a there everywhere you go.

I was talking about whitelisting hosts like Mega.nz which has a PPD function.

By whitelisting, you can choose a host which is fast etc..

Also, there is no survey links or URL shortening.
