Who prefers the new textures to the old textures?

Personally I like old textures (specifically early alpha) but new textures I can use

The new texture pack is beautiful ! Is the old texture with upgrade
I like old textures because i got used to it. And it reminds me old days.

I think they pretty much all look better. Looking back at some of the old textures like Cobblestone makes it clearer

I honestly didn't notice the transition from old to new until now haha I just googled a comparison and definitely prefer the new textures!

I was inherently against the new textures until I played with them a bit in 1.14. I've gotten used to them and I personally believe they're an upgrade from the old textures. By the way, you can access the old textures from the "Programmer Art" texture pack that's included with each new release of the game.

I prefer the old ones, mostly just because it is what I know. I hated when they changed the gravel texture and such, just because it seems unneeded.

I had no clue Minecraft updated their textures. I played the most recent update yesterday and everything seems to look the same haha

At first I hated the new textures, I thought things like "Was this really necessary?" "They shouldn't have touched anything!". But after playing with theme for a couple weeks, I started kind of liking them. I don't see them as a huge upgrade, but more like a nice change.
