Same here. I love to be part of this tradition! It's hard for many people to understand what we're doing here, but I'm thinking that this is the right thing to do. I'm a pretty religious person and I like to take these things seriously because they have a personal significance. During these times, your body changes completely and thankfully for me, I'm following some diets from https://fastingapps.com/ during Ramadam in order to make sure that I lose as little muscle as possible. In the long run, it's nothing, but I'm taking every safety measure
