Who wants to give me mod suggestions?

I used to watch a ton of modded Minecraft vids and got a pc not long ago.

What are some mod suggestions that arent super insane to get through?

What Im looking for: many more craft able items/drops. Max 2 other dimensions to go to.

P.s I want to try Pokmon Minecraft.. is that still a thing?
