Well, pepole just live by habits, so, if there is something new and unknown, everybody would just freak out. That happened only when we just found the other ethnic groups. But why hate on pepole that's a bit different than you in the modern days, i just dont get.

I saw a documentary about this. The human mind tend to group people into groups, where groups could be race, wealth, or religion. The people in one group does not feel the same empathy for the people in another group - this is the case for racism. Dont know where to find the full documentary

Because people are more comfortable with people like them. Racism is pretty rare compared to what it was like in the past but racism originally oriented from people forming tribes with those like them. You actually see something similar in your everyday life. Take schools, for example, groups of friends are usually formed around people who are alike because they're more comfortable with those like them. The same thing happened with racism at the start- people simply grouped with those like them. I suppose it stuck for long enough that it became a problem in today's society. Obviously, the historical events didn't help racism either but that would be the short explanation of the origins of racism from my perspective.

People is just retard, if they see something different they laugh at it or just try to destroy it instead of trying to learn something new or help others...

Because the world sucks and so do humans??? Thats the only answer really

It's already been said, but people suck. It's honestly understandable to feel more comfortable around people that look like you, but that doesn't mean that people that don't look like you need to be demonized.

The world isn't all pretty. There has to be bad in the world for good to be aside it too. Culture separates us all, alien beliefs etc... There's good and bad in everything.

Because judgement is what we run on. But, excluding sociopaths, by human nature humans have compassion for one another. I think a LOT of the racism today is based on upbringing, as kids aren't born racist.

People by nature like to prey on the weak and group together so they don't fall victim of something. Only the strong individuals stand out and make the change, if you are racist just because others around you are then you're weak and are a follower, not a leader.
