Why are horror movies sh*t today?

There are some good horror movies, but today it's all sh*t..

It's about making money only? or what..

it is true that we are far from the classic we have known

I think so, but, there are some good horror movies like:
A quiet Place
Repulsion
The Babadook

Check them out they are neat.

Because they're easy cash grabs, they know that the genre is currently incredibly weak.

Why? Recently i saw some really nice decent horror movies/

The Babadook is creepy. I put it higher on my scale with The Conjuring.

Becus peapol are not smart enugh to think about new ideas

they try too hard to be innovative and people are just hella dumb in general

they've lost their fear factor even as effects like gore have gotten better which is weird

they were always shit, youre scared at the begining of the movie, but as soon as you find out whats going on, its than just a normal over edited movie that has no meaning to it all
