Why are the Majority of Genji and Hanzo mains toxic?

#1 Whenever I play Overwatch I get a game in which a Genji or a Hanzo is complaining the whole game or killing themselves on purpose. I sometimes see other Heros do this, but none as frequent as these two. Why is that? Am I just unlucky with the brothers/
