Why are the Majority of Genji and Hanzo mains toxic?

Whenever I play Overwatch I get a game in which a Genji or a Hanzo is complaining the whole game or killing themselves on purpose. I sometimes see other Heros do this, but none as frequent as these two. Why is that? Am I just unlucky with the brothers/

to be honest its some people not all of them are toxic

I think that many people see how professional players play, but they can not repeat

Because they think they can carry all their games, and when they can't, they blame it on the team when they don't realize they just suck.

They are using characters which require more skill than the average lucio,etc
