Why arn't mages being recognized top lane as being safe hyperscaling picks?

#1 I mean, obviously Hashinshin and a few select others see how incredibly broken it is. It's kind of hard not to notice tanks and bruisers being usurped by mages, forcing them into the jungle. Why arn't pro players talking about this?!
