Why criminals can't hide behind Bitcoin?

According to this scheme, its possible to deanonymize and trace bitcoin transactions, if so then why still mtGox coins not been found yet?

It might be possible to track (hardly) but it would require a genius to do it.

All bitcoin transactions are public and everyone can trace them. The governments don't have problems to find out who is using what and where. After that, it's just connection the dots.
