Why do i need 15 posts to acces things?

So user will participate in the discussion in this forum. Otherwise people will come here only to download things

I mean, I understand the frustration but to be honest, it's incentive to keep the msg board active, and keep conversation going.. It's truly on you if you decide to spam and make useless pointless conversation.. or, make meaningful posts, that are interesting and spark up conversation with the rest of the community.

to make sure you are not a leacher (A leacher is someone who comes on here for their own advantage)
